JUSTIN FOX

Mr Justin Fox has worked in the insolvency industry for many years, previously working for and with the likes of Arthur Andersen, Ferrier Hodgson, Knights Insolvency Administration, Hall Chadwick, Alternative Business Solutions (a boutique financial turnaround firm of twenty). Mr Fox has a degree in Economics (Finance) from U.N.S.W (during this time he also received a transfer scholarship to U.C.L.A.), and also graduated in Accounting and Law at U.T.S. Mr Fox has extensive experience in managing and turning around hundreds of distressed or insolvent companies, operating between fifteen to twenty companies at any one time. One of his past assignments concerned the management of six mortgage trusts with a book value of assets in the vicinity of A$250 million.

In 2000, he set up Fox Symes & Associates that was subsequently Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (as FSA Group Limited) in 2002. FSA Group Limited currently employs over 130 staff and provides individuals with alternatives to bankruptcy.

Mr Fox also owns two private companies, which successfully provide turnaround consulting services and business coaching services respectively.
